As those working in a busy clinic will understand, when a massage table needed replacing, it needs to be done in a hurry - with as little disruption to clients as possible. I was recently in this position when another therapist put me onto ABCO. I gave them a call around 3pm in the afternoon, and around 9.30am the following morning my table was delivered. Throughout the course of the day I felt that a small modification would assist me in getting the most out of the table. I had a gap of an hour and a half in the afternoon and again I called ABCO to help me out. I was asked when I had some time for them to make a courtesy call, I mentioned that I only had the next hour and a half free. Hawkins Clinic has been using ABCO electric beds and chairs since 2006 without issue. We have a high turnover treatment area with 3 full time nurses servicing patients for 18 GPs so the electric chair is in constant demand for wound dressings. Patients find it easy to get onto in its lowered position and it then raises the wound to a safer working height for our staff. Our nurses love it! GPs find the adjustable height procedure beds more comfortable for them reducing the need for them to work hunched when over doing excisions etc. Will continue to buy and recommend ABCO exam beds and chairs.
